Agave Lemon Basil Sauce

Serving: 2 tablespoons
1/3 cup agave
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon crushed, dried basil
1 teaspoon grated fresh lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Agave Lemon Basil Sauce

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan; mix well and bring to boil. Simmer 1 minute. Serve over cooked pork. Garnish with sprig of basil, if desired.
