Bread Box Pudding

Serves: 5

   2 cups cubed day-old bread
   2 cups crumbled doughnuts, muffins, cake or cookies
   5 eggs, beaten
   1 cup milk
   1/3 cup agave
   1 tablespoon vanilla extract
   1 teaspoon cinnamon
   1/4 cup seedless raisins
   
   AGAVE DESSERT TOPPING:
   1 large egg white
   1/4 cup agave

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Serve warm or chilled with Agave Dessert Topping.

AGAVE DESSERT TOPPING:
Beat egg white until soft peaks form. Add agave. Continue beating until stiff enough to hold shape.
