Cornbread

Serves: 10

   3 cups yellow cornmeal
   1 teaspoon salt
   1 cup whole wheat flour
   1/2 cup butter
   1/2 cup agave
   2 tablespoons baking powder
   3 eggs
   2 cups buttermilk

Cornbread is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.

Mix dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together. Stir the two until the dry ingredients are moistened. Bake in 12-inch pan for 25 minutes at 350°F. Do not over bake.
