Peach Freeze

   1 ounce peach schnapps
   2 ounces agave
   2 ounces fresh peaches pulp or cling peaches
   2 1/2 ounces sour mix
Peach Freeze is from the Cook'n with Agave collection.

Blend with crushed ice until frozen. Serve in a stemmed glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
